Phoenix Marketing International (PMI) is committed to protecting your privacy - we want you to feel comfortable about the privacy and security of your information when you participate in a research study or visit our site. Any information you provide to us in a survey is stored in a secured location. We do not provide individually identifiable information to any outside party, including any study sponsors without your expressed consent.

PMI does not require you provide to personal information to visit our web site; however, you may choose to provide us with personal information through an email message, form, survey, etc. This information is used only to fulfill the stated purpose of your communication and/or participation. While our server logs such things as IP address, and in some cases e-mail addresses, we do not tie this information to individual survey responses.

How the Information Is Used

Survey responses provided are analyzed in the aggregate form. While the data may be sub-divided for detailed analysis, individual survey responses are kept private from outside parties, including the survey sponsor. The survey sponsor is provided written analysis of the data collected as well as tabulations of responses in most cases. PMI may, from time to time; contact users (again, only those who have voluntarily provided us with their e-mail address) for follow up research purposes. Participation in follow up research is voluntary. We do not provide any individually identifiable information to any party. We do not use contact information for direct marketing purposes, nor do we make e-mail addresses available to any outside parties.

Unsubscribe

If you have submitted your e-mail address and would like it removed from our system, you may send us an e-mail at unsubscribe@phoenixmi.com and tell us to remove your address. Or, you may respond to any e-mail correspondence from us by typing REMOVE in the subject line. Your e-mail will then be automatically removed.

Changes to the policy

If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes.
