We as an organization are well versed in work-from-home arrangements, and as such, we expect to maintain the same high standards for service and quality control that are core to our business and that you are accustomed to.
In accordance with our ISO 27001 certification, we have activated our Business Continuity Plan, which includes:
- Restricting work-related travel (both domestic and international), as well as attendance at any industry group events, even those that do not involve travel
- Encouraging employees to work remotely as needed
- Providing our associates with information and best practices to prevent the spread of illness
- Verifying that all key suppliers have business continuity plans.
