Airport SCORES™ provides airports with competitive benchmarking regarding how their airport performs on various key passenger satisfaction metrics versus other US airports.  Airport SCORES measures Overall Airport Satisfaction as well as Passenger Satisfaction regarding each of the following areas: Getting to the Airport, Checking In at the Airport, the Security Checkpoint, Terminal Facilities, the Gate Area, Food & Beverage, Retail, Baggage Delivery and Leaving the Terminal.  Client airports may elect to take a deeper dive into their own performance.
