When asked which companies are best addressing the COVID-19 crisis, consumers recognized large retailers Amazon, Walmart, as well as auto manufacturers Ford and General Motors.
Additionally, this report captures U.S. consumers’ feelings about their personal financial circumstance and their anticipation of the future business and financial environment in the country overall. This is an ongoing study that will be fielded and updated on a weekly basis.
