The purpose of this report is to provide ongoing visibility into shifts in consumer sentiment, activities, and concerns over current events.

Consumers’ views on current and future conditions have both dropped over the past four weeks and are again close to parity with one another, hovering in shallow positive territory.

Since the inception of this report back in March, the main focus has been sharing insights and information around the impacts of COVID-19 on consumer sentiment. Based on the nature of what is happening in the country, this report will broaden to encompass the general feelings of the entire consumer landscape as a whole and the additional factors that are driving general consumer sentiment.
