Head of Europe Operations
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in marketing research and insight generation. Initially working at Millward Brown, he then worked for Jaguar Cars and Ford Motor Company for over 12 years in Europe and North America. He headed the Insights Organisation at Ford of Europe for 5 years, before moving to establish an automotive operation for Synovate in Europe. In this position, he built a significant business and established automotive offices in a number of European and Middle East countries. Following that he worked for a market research agency focused on the food and charitable sectors with a number of blue chip clients. He spent 5 years at MaritzCX where he had Global and regional responsibility for Customer Experience Management of many of the world’s largest automotive programmes. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a full member of the Market Research Society.
The key emphasis of his work is on the real-world application and actionability of research data. With senior management experience at both client and agency he is uniquely placed to help clients gain real insights and drive real change through research. He believes passionately that research must touch hearts as well as minds and is a skilled presenter, bringing the research to life for clients.
