Leslie Martin has more than 25 years of research experience and is the Managing Director for Phoenix CX. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries to design, implement and apply research, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, loyalty and performance improvement. Leslie works with clients to design solutions that are customized to their unique needs, while drawing on best practices from within and outside their industry. Prior to joining Phoenix Sterling, she was Research Director for PSI Global, a subsidiary of National Family Opinion (NFO), later acquired by TNS. At PSI Global, she directed all activities of a nationally syndicated research program devoted to studying the financial attitudes, behaviors and preferences of U.S. consumers. She also managed proprietary consulting engagements in the area of retail financial services. Leslie is a focus group moderator, has been a guest speaker at numerous industry and client conferences and holds the Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) from the Marketing Research Association. Leslie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, where she also taught business statistics.
