Rich has over 20 years experience as a global consultant and researcher. He has designed, led and executed large scale multi-country qualitative research studies in more than 40 countries. Rich is both an EU and US citizen and holds an MBA from Adelphi University.
Rich specializes in strategy driven research in the areas of consumer decision making, branding, positioning and portfolio management, consumer experience, communication, packaging, new product development & innovation, sensorial research, and creating long and short-from research documentaries.
Rich has expertise in several methodologies including but not limited to B2B and B2C multicultural research; Psychodiagnostic diagnostic motivational research; Foundational and Tactical research; Concept and Ad tests; Focus Groups; Ethnographies and Consumer Immersions; IDIs; In-Home; Shopper.
